I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive and release the Virginia Scottish Games Association, their agents, representatives, successors, and agencies for any and all damages which may be suffered by myself/my child while attending or participating in the Virginia Scottish Games. I further authorize these authorities to use photographs or name of myself/my child participating at the Virginia Scottish Games for future promotional and publicity purposes, without obligation or liability to me. I acknowledge that by submitting this entry electronically, that I have read this agreement carefully and agree to abide by the rules and procedures for this competition as listed on this page.
